Our first garden--2012
James was such a great helper! Helping dad transplant the sod to another part of the yard. We finished pulling out the sod in one evening! Whew! Here is our garden about a month after planting it. Up close snapshot of the tomatoes. Here are some of the beefsteak tomatoes. YUM! Cherry tomatoes. We have tons growing in and more flowering. Here are all the tomato plants-- one roma, one beefsteak, one orange-strawberry, one cherry, and two heirloom varieties. Zucchini!! Here you can see the cukes growing up the fence on the far left. The zucchini is in the back, and the green beans are on the right. Our little garden jungle.
