Description
I make homemade pizza about once a week, if we aren't too busy. My brother Nathanael thought I was joking when I said I could make pizza in about an hour, but this recipe is so simple and easy to do. I even gave this recipe to my brother Aaron, and he makes pizza pretty often with it too. You can even make the pizza dough ahead of time, wrap it in oiled saran wrap, and place it in the fridge up to 24 hours before you want to use it. Andy got this recipe from a friend. I don't know who, but it is amazing!

Notes
Add dry ingredients and 1 1/4 c. flour to a bowl. Whisk together. Add warm water and oil. Mix until smooth. Add an additional 1 1/2 c. flour. Pour out onto floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Spray oil into the bowl and place dough in the sprayed bowl. Turn dough over so both sides are coated, cover the bowl and place in warm oven to rise for 30 minutes.Pull dough out, roll onto lightly floured surface. Knead for additional minute. Roll dough into desired shape, place on stone or pan, put ingredients on it, and bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
